Description / Important Notes

• Must be purchased at least 3 hours before time slot on the date of use.
• Show duration: 45 minutes (Seal show: 10-15 minutes, dolphin show: 30-35 minutes)
• Standard seats are located on the fifth-seventh row of the venue

Seal show showtimes:

• 11:00 (no admission between 11:00-11:15)
• 14:00 (no admission between 14:00-14:15)
• 17:00 (no admission between 17:00-17:15)

** Please note that you will receive 1 QR code covering all adult tickets, and 1 QR code covering all child tickets.

How To Use

• Show Mobile Ticket: Ticketing Counter
• Present your booking number to pick up and use your ticket(s).
• To avoid missing the show, it is recommended that you arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the time on your ticket.
• If you do not enter the venue at the opening time, you will need to enter 15 minutes after the opening time.

• Adult: Height requirement: 131 cm and above.
• Child: Height requirement: 90 cm to 130 cm (inclusive).
• We recommend booking your show ticket at least 20-30 minutes before the seal show. Once booked, simply present your ticket  e-voucher to enter the attraction
• Swimming with dolphins starts at approx. 15 minutes after the seal show
