- Please make your own way to Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya. Once you arrive, walk straight along the bridge and continue to the end. Turn left to reach Pier E. Show your electronic confirmation for ticket scanning at Pier E, then proceed to board at Pier E
- Safeguard your personal belongings and minimize carrying valuable items. Any losses or damages during the trip will be your responsibility
- Depart early to avoid potential delays due to traffic or other factors. In case such factors prevent you from using the service, any resulting losses will be solely borne by you.
