• All bookings need to be submitted at least 1 day in advance before 18.00 pm.

Cancellation, Amendment & No Show Policy

•  Cancellation or Amend booking should be informed by written notice upto 24 hours before departure.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure or No show will be charged 100% of Net Price.
• Amend booking less than 24 hours before departure , actual cost /expense occurred for trip/transfer or minimum THB 200/person will be charged per amendment.
• Issued tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Special Consideration for Speedboat Trip / Travel

Infant under 1 year old, elderly over 60 years old, Pregnant ladies are not suitable to join the excursion/trip / sea travel.
Customers who have high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant ladies, asthma, and bone disease or orthopedic are not
allowed to join the excursion/trip / sea travel.
Pets are not allowed on board.
In case the customers have food allergy, please inform the company before travelling.

Baggage: For Ferry : 1 Suitcase (upto 25 inches), 1 handy bag per person included in the fare price.
All luggage and cargo are the responsibility of the owner to load and unload from the vessel.
Pets are allowed on board in cage only and must stay outdoor. Fee applies
All additional luggage can be added with an extra charge of THB 300.-/ luggage (upto 20 inches).
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
