- Check In time: 05:00-06:00 PM. At Sook Siam at ICONSIAM (Next to Naraya Shop and There is a Hanuman mannequin at the registration counter)
- If a customer arrives after 06:00 PM, they should proceed to ICONSIAM pier 2.
- Smile Riverside Cruise docks at ICONSIAM pier 2 at 07:15 PM.
- Smile Riverside returns safely to ICONSIAM pier at 09:30 PM.
