• Same day booking are available before visit date. Please process booking before 20:00 hrs of visit date and otherwise the booking may not be confirmed.
• Operation time: Mon – Fri : 10:00 – 21:00 hrs. / Sat- Sun : 10:00 – 21:30 hrs.
• Last Admission : 20:00 hrs

• Free cancellation 1 day before the visit date. (Instant Cancellation)
• If the customer purchases the wrong ticket type, they must repurchase the correct ticket. Additional charges cannot be paid on-site.

Eligibility

• Free for children with a height of 90cm or below
• Children with a height of 120cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children must have a minimum height of 100 cm to participate in the Flight Theater
• Seniors aged 60+ may purchase tickets at the child price (present a valid ID)
• Participants with a valid disability identification card are eligible for a 50% discount on regular ticket prices (present a valid disability ID)

Additional information

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
