• **The customers need to use the service on the date which is specified in the ticket. If they use on the different date, they will need to buy a new ticket on the spot with walk-in price**

• Dolphinarium is open from 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Closed on every Wednesday.  Swimming times : 12:00 PM / 03:00 PM / 06:00 PM
• Duration : 10 minutes swimming / Round
• Swimmer Must be 6 years old and older.

How To Use

• Show Mobile Ticket: At counter number 1 at the front.
• Please contact our staff 15-20 minutes before the start of the swimming for registration.

• Refund 1 day(s) before visit date.

Terms & Conditions

• Ticket is valid on the selected date and time only.
• Rates applicable for Thai Nationality only.
• The above rates are for one person and inclusive of 7% VAT.
• Infants measuring less than 80 cm receive free admission and must be accompanied by an adult. No seat is provided for the infant.
• Children who are 121 cm or taller are required to purchase adult tickets
• Customers presenting child tickets with a height exceeding 120 cm will be charged the adult price at the counter before entering the show.
• Swimming with dolphin is for adult or child from 6 year old and above. Under 6 year old is not allowed.
• Swimmer’s weight must not exceed 100 kilogram. For swimmer weight 100 kilograms up, the program will be provide the exception of same part of activity.
• People with acute and chronic skin diseases, mental diseases, cardiovascular diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, helminthiasis and other infectious diseases, under the influence of a drug or alcohol and people with special needs and infantile cerebral palsy and Pregnant women will not be allowed to swim with dolphins.
• Swimmers need to keep their nails short.
• People are required to remove all jewelry, hats and glasses.
• Please contact our staff 15-20 minutes before the start of the swimming for registration.
• The above rates are subject to availability.
• Customers who present Child tickets but the height exceeds 120 cm. will be charged at The Company’s selling rate from Child to Adult before entering the show.
• Free cancellation if cancel at least 24 hours before show time, less than 24 hours and No-Show full charge 100%.
• “No show” is applied for The Agent’s customers who are not presented on time for the booked program and are subject to a 100% cancellation charge to The Agent.
• Any cancellations and amendments must notify The Company in writing by email. Verbal advice is not valid under any circumstances. However, any tickets issued are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Customers must strongly cooperate with the rules and regulations.
